Tile & Grout Cleaning and Colorsealing
Consists of cleaning the tile and grout and applying a water based acrylic color sealer to the existing grout lines which makes the grout totally uniform in color and non-porous. Our process allows you to choose any color to complement your tile. Grout is a porous material that will absorb stains, so unless the grout is protected with the right sealer it will be uniformly discolored by dirt and grime from daily wear and tear. Re-Grouting
 Re-grouting and caulking of tub surrounds and showers is sometimes the only answer to eliminate moldy grout and caulk.

To completely and effectively eliminate mold, it needs to be removed NOT just cleaned. In most cases we can remove existing grout and caulk, clean the surface and replace the grout and caulk in one day.

Repair walls if needed and install new backer board and tile.  [ TOP ]

Re-Caulking
Grout & Carpet Wizards can also be contracted to do small re-caulk jobs.

Mildewed caulk and grout in tubs and showers often resist bleach and other cleaners. Why? Because the mildew is growing inside the caulk or grout!

The only way to fully eliminate it is to remove the old caulk and replace it with a mildew-resistant caulk designed for bathrooms.  [ TOP ]

Natural Stone Cleaning and Sealing
Like any other surface in your home, natural stone also needs to be cleaned to maintain its beauty. However, natural stone requires cleaning products specifically designed for stone's unique mineral composition. The popular general-purpose cleaners will etch or damage the stone. Cleaning products containing too much acid or alkaline will etch the stone. Scouring powders and abrasives will scratch the surface.

Grout & Carpet Wizards uses pH- balanced neutral cleaners to clean your stone to remove soils that dusting or mopping will leave behind.

Protecting Your Stone
The best way to prevent stains is to treat the surface with a protective sealer. The sealer fills in the pores and repels spills on the surface, allowing you time to completely wipe it away. Grout & Carpet Wizards uses sealers with antimicrobial product protection. They not only protect the surface from stains, but also resist growth of mold and mildew on the dried sealer.  [ TOP ]

Anti-Slip Treatments
Grout & Carpet Wizards uses WonderStep which is a special formulation of chemicals that reacts with porous stone-based surfaces to significantly increase the Coefficient of Friction (COF) in both dry and wet conditions.

It can be used on most hard, porous material such as brick, cement-based terrazzo, concrete, quarry tile, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, and porcelain bathtubs and showers.

It does not require specialized cleaners or rejuvenators to maintain its integrity. There are no toxic fumes or hazardous waste considerations during or after installation, and no down time for treated floors.  [ TOP ]

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
Grout & Carpet Wizards specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning and adheres to the highest industry standards set forth by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification / www.iicrc.org). We are certain that when our IICRC Certified Technicians leave your home, you will be left with fresh, professionally cleaned carpet and/or upholstery.

Satisfaction Guarantee - Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Grout & Carpet Wizards will provide you with a top notch cleaning experience. However, If you find that you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning our technician did, we will reschedule another cleaning at no charge. Important note - Please be aware that certain stains can permanently discolor and/or damage carpet and fabrics (i.e., nail, polish, dyes, bleach, pet stains, wine, etc.). We cannot guarantee the removal of these types of stains. The technician will pre-inspect the carpet/upholstery to be cleaned and advise you of stains that may not be removable.

Grout & Carpet Wizards utilizes a 10-step cleaning process:

  1. Pre-inspection of carpet.
  2. Dry vacuum carpet. This removes dry soils that damage carpet fiber.
  3. Precondition heavily soiled areas with natural based cleaners. Removes as many stains as possible and also provides natural deodorization.
  4. Agitate carpet. Carpet grooming lifts and separates matted fibers in addition to even distribution of preconditioning agent.
  5. Soil extraction with low moisture unit. Contains neutral rinsing agents recommended for stain resistant carpets as well as wool and special fibers.
  6. Application of Carpet Protector. Grout & Carpet Wizards used DuPont Advanced Teflon. It preserves carpet appearance and revives carpet stain resistance.
  7. Grooming of carpet for even distribution of carpet protector.
  8. Furniture moving. Move light furniture. Important Note: We do not move electronics, large heavy furniture, pianos and antiques.
  9. Blocks and tabs placed under furniture to protect furniture that was moved.
  10. Use of air mover to speed up the drying process.
